There were no new mobs added in Minecraft 1.11.
There are no mobs in this group.
With the addition of woodland mansions new mobs were added. Building on the villager theme evokers and vindicators appeared with the mansions. These mobs would later be added to raids. The vex was also added to woodland mansions. These mobs were to be known collectively as illagers.
Elsewhere, in savanna biomes llamas were added as a neutral mob similar to horses.
