33 new blocks and items were added to Minecraft 1.11 java edition.
Exploration Update
The Exploration Update added new structures in game, such as Woodland mansions to the over world and return portals to the end. There a lot of block ids updated to prepare for the flattening. A few long standing mobs finally get spawn eggs.
