Tricky trials bugs, patch 19
Patching things the redditors are finding, thanks to everyone for reporting the bugs.
Patches several command save to storage issues, some old commands were not saving correctly, and may need to be recreated.
Added particles for 1.21, patched syntax issues with several particals that have extra settings.
